The 'apartment, well furnished consists of entrance hall - living room - kitchen, 2 bathrooms and storage room - laundry, air conditioning. It is rented at 500 per week for two people; otherwise + 30.00 per day per person for more than two people. Payment will be made immediately after the tenants' arrival. We require at the time of 'rent a deposit of 200.00 and a weekly deposit of 150 which will be returned on departure after checking that there are no damages in the apartment.

We have two structures: one in Caulonia Via Venezia, 6 (mini-apartment with 1 double bed in the loft + 1 crib and 1 single bed on the ground floor) and 1 house in Monasterace RC-independent on 3 sides with two double bedrooms and a single, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, veranda, garden, barbecue, gazebo and private parking.
