All major amenities are within easy walking distance. Free public parking is available nearby, or directly in the street in front of the apartment. The approximately 50 square meter apartment can accommodate up to four people. It features air conditioning and heating and comprises a living room with a standard sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a spacious closet. The bathroom, while windowless, is well-organized and features a shower, bidet, and washing machine. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board, a balcony drying rack, and a full set of bed linens and towels. A crib is also available upon request for younger guests.
