The house is located in Porto Ottiolu, just 5 minutes from San Teodoro and Budoni. It consists of a first floor with a double bedroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob with pans and pots, fridge and freezer, a dining table and a living room with TV and double sofa bed. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Outside there is a private courtyard furnished with a dining table, an outdoor shower and a barbecue; an electric cover for shade is also available to relax even during the hottest hours. The house also has a reserved parking space in front of the entrance. It is located 500 meters from the port and the town center with all services. The beach is about 700 meters from the house, reachable in about 8 minutes on foot.
