On the ground floor, the villa has a beautiful and spacious kitchen with a large dining room suitable for tables of up to 20 people, a large open-plan room (60 sq. m.) used as a room for young people or groups of friends (sleeps 6), and a bathroom. On the second floor, a large living room with a fireplace for relaxing and a reading room; also on the second floor, 4 large rooms (each with a double bed, one or two single beds and private bathroom) very bright and all with panoramic views (sleeps 14).
