Villa Mimosa is at Cape Vatican, 15 minutes from Tropea and 5 minutes from the beach. Two villas (one two-family, the other single-family) with a large garden and swimming pool (in common), parking and many other comforts.

In the hamlet of Orsigliadi (Ricadi/Capo Vaticano), 5 minutes from the sea of CapoVaticano (Santa Maria and Grotticelle), we have 2 one-bedroom apartments and a small villa equipped with all comforts
