This is not a rental agency but a private individual who offers you to enjoy
vacations in Italy, in his own independent house for an entire month, practically at the cost of renting a week. You will have a dream stay in the region of Tuscany, in Lucca. The house lends itself well to hosting couples and families or singles, or groups of Friends.
You will be near the sea and the golden beaches of Versilia, the marble quarries of the Apuan Alps. You will be in Lucca in the fortress city of beautiful Renaissance walls. Close to Florence; to Siena the city of the Palio; to Pisa with the bell tower that hangs and will never fall; to San Gimignano with its hundred medieval towers; to the historic and elegant lady Livorno; to the valley of the Serchio River with the Garfagnana rich in lush greenery and ancient castles and lakes. Then Volterra the more than 3,000-year-old Etruscan city. And many other beautiful places in an endless list.
The apartment is developed with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with large table, balcony above square and on private lawn land with brazier, bordering nice creek. Separate entrance. Easy parking. Close to supermarket. Public transportation service is in front of the front door. The apartment has air conditioners; beds for 7-8 and + people.
It is fully furnished with furniture, accessories, dishes etc. It is all developed on the second floor and perfect peace is guaranteed since there is only the roof above.
There is no toilet for disabled, blind etc. nor elevator.
Here on all sides we easily find pizzerias and restaurants galore, with scents that make even those who never feel like either eating or drinking hungry and longing for a sip of wine or beer.
For the sake of compliance with legal regulations, both hygienic and public peace, I accept only respectful, qualified, peace-loving, quiet adults who are non-smokers and non-pets.
You can choose any time of the year and enjoy the beauty of the places and cities of art. Conditions to be agreed upon. Happy vacations
Payment will be made in cash in Euro at the time of delivery of the house, together with the amount of damage deposit.
