Vacation House in center Pula (South Sardinia),newly built,with courtyard.Located in the historic center of Pula,5 minutes from the first beach (Nora) and the Archaeological Zone of Nora.House suitable for up to 4 people.And equipped with washing machine,tv,air conditioned area,dishwasher,electric oven,toastpane,toast grill sandwich,coffee machine (with waffles),iron,hair dryer,clothesline,clothespins,mosquito nets,linens. Spacious courtyard that allows outdoor dining.The beach can be reached on foot, or via the pollicino that is 4 meters from the house.In front of the house is the shuttle bus stop that takes you up to the beach of Pinus Village(next to Chia).A minute walk from the house you get to the bus stop that takes you up to Cagliari, Pula,Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia,Teulada,Sant'Antioco.A few steps from the house you will find a wide choice of restaurants, pizzerias,ice cream parlors,market, clothing stores.The state-owned forest of Is Cannoneris made up of a vast and homogeneous ilex forest,the largest in Europe,ranging from the territory of Santadi and Teulada,in the southwestern side of the Sulcis mountains,to that of Domus de Maria and Pula,in the eastern side of the same.The Feast of Sant'Efisio,the longest procession in Europe,has involved an entire community for more than 300 years,which huddles around the historic and majestic figure of a man who became a saint.An extraordinary event that fills the city of Cagliari with color and emotion every year.The great feast begins on May 1.The Saint comes out of his little church in Stampace (the place where he was imprisoned).He proceeds through the streets of Cagliari in the cart pulled by oxen adorned,anticipated by thousands of people from all the districts of Sardinia with their original costumes:hundreds are the horsemen and dozens the "traccas "the carts and oxen set up for the feast.It stops in Giorgino,Su Loi,Villa dOrri,Sarroch.On May 2-3,it arrives at the little church dedicated to Him in Nora (the place where He was beheaded),here he is venerated until May 4 when he returns late in the evening to the little church of Sant'Efisio in Cagliari.Sardinia offers so many possibilities for those who love vacations on two wheels.Whether by bicycle or motorcycle,there are many routes you can choose to enjoy breathtaking views and fun roads to ride.Today we want to suggest some routes to do by motorcycle if you stay in our vacation home.From Pula to Teulada: this route we suggest especially in low season, to avoid queues and slowdowns.40 km in the first part fairly quiet, with a straight stretch that runs along the SS 195.Once you pass the beaches of Chia and Tuerredda,which are definitely worth a stop to take some photos or go for a swim (if the weather permits),the road becomes fun with curves and landscapes on the sea very suggestive. Very particular and characteristic is the smell of the Mediterranean scrub that you will be able to breathe throughout the route. Initial and final cleaning included and consumption(electricity, water, gas) + set of sheets and towels.Complimentary (2 bottles of water,coffee pods,cappuccino,sugar monodose).Private parking for cars (from October-May), for motorcycles(all year).
