The apartment consists of. entrance hall with living room/open kitchen, 1 double bedroom 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 comfortable terrace with table and chairs. It is equipped with climate, washing machine, dishwasher, sofa bed, parking space, alarm system, and garage for storing equipment and two bikes. The residence is really well organized for families, the large gardens of the residence are the hangout for children and young people; the pool area is always supervised by lifeguards, a very friendly reception desk supervises and coordinates the activities within the residence. Excellent location of the residence between Piazza Mazzini and Piazza Aurora, and the beach is easily accessible by bike. (7/8 minutes) Minimum stay 7 nights
