Casavacanze SoleLuna consists of n.2 elegant apartments on the ground floor (appart. SOLE and appart. LUNA with tropical garden of pertinence), located near the wonderful sandy beach of Pozzallo (Rg) with seabed that slopes very gently (ideal for children). ● The SOLE apartment is located on the ground-floor, can accommodate up to max 5 people and consists of: 1 large air-conditioned double bedroom with wrought-iron bed, 40" SmartTv and possibility of adding a single bed. In the bedroom there is an elegant handcrafted frame (placed on the wall of the bed) in lacquered wood with inserted original MURANO glasses; also noteworthy is the special wall painting with golden reflections; a spacious kitchen with masonry base and granite marble countertop, steel refrigerator and hood, and TV. The kitchen (equipped with steel cookware and various dishes) has a double sofa bed with electrowelded net. A bathroom equipped with a shower with crystal box, washing machine, and blue lacquered cherry wood furniture. - A long balcony with a large awning, drying rack and breakfast table with chairs. ● The LUNA apartment is located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and consists of: - A tropical garden with covered veranda equipped with wooden table and chairs and wooden rocking chair; - No. 2 balconies; 1 spacious room with double bed (possibility of extra bed), with glossy black lacquered wood furniture, LED TV and air conditioner, with special iridescent effect mother-of-pearl wall painting; 1 bedroom with wrought-iron double bed; 1 furnished and equipped kitchen with all necessities (including washing machine); 1 very elegant bathroom that has a bathtub (which can also be used as a shower) and masonry washbasin with a large wall mirror and handcrafted under-basin doors made of lacquered wood with Swarovski knobs. In the immediate vicinity of the 2 apartments (within walking distance in a few minutes) are the sandy beach, 3 supermarkets, 3 bakeries, 3 fruit shops, fishmonger's, butcher's, pharmacy, parapharmacy, pastry shop, hairdresser's, tailor's, restaurants/pizzerias (also on the beach). For large groups of up to 10 people, only upon request, it is possible to make the 2 apartments communicating through an external door of the SUN apartment that faces the garden of the MOON apartment. Otherwise that door will remain locked. Casavacanze SoleLuna is the ideal place to relax or even to visit the baroque of Modica, Scicli or Noto, the places of Montalbano, Pachino, Marzamemi, or the island of Malta, which is only 90 minutes away by ferry. The price of each apartment varies according to the period and includes final cleaning, electricity and methane gas consumption, Internet connection, and a tasty welcome gift. We only accept rentals of minimum 1 week, from Saturday (Check in after 3 p.m.) to the following Saturday (Check out by 10 a. m.) Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to accept pets, even small animals.
