Villa Margot

Located in Agropoli, in the heart of Cilento, Villa Margot is a cozy property surrounded by greenery a few hundred meters from the city center and the sea, consisting of rooms and apartments, some of which have a private garden and independent entrance. All rooms have a kitchen in a walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, free wifi, parking space and only for the apartments a washing machine.

Services

- Daily cleaning, tidying and sanitizing, except for the kitchen cabinet and apartment, should the latter be assigned and for minimum stays of one month, at discounted rates. In that case, cleaning will be guaranteed upon request, subject to extra charge;
- Final anticovid-19 cleaning, sanitizing and sanitizing;
- Change of bed, bath and kitchen linen every three days, except for solutions occupied for minimum stays of one month, at discounted prices. In that case, linen change is provided on request, with extra charge;
- Use of kitchen in own room or apartment;
- Supply of purified drinking water from special filter dispenser, natural and sparkling, without limit, to be replenished in the reception area;
- Free WI-FI throughout the facility;
- Utilities consumption of electricity, water and gas, included in the price, except for minimum stays of one month, which will be remitted extra;
- VAT;
- use of SPA services in the relaxation room, chromotherapy environment, with aromatherapy and chamber music (sauna, Turkish bath, ionizing bath and massage), all with tasting a good herbal tea, accompanied by red and dried fruits;
- outdoor sports activities, such as trekking, kayaking, horseback riding, archery, hiking, scuba diving and others, organized and managed by affiliated local associations, with extra payment directly to them;
- beach service at affiliated bathing establishments, with extra payment directly to them.

Not included in the price is:

🟪 tourist tax, amounting to  1.50 per day per person, for the first ten days. Exempt children up to fourteen years of age and adults over 70 years of age, for business reasons, for health reasons and for accompanying persons hospitalized in nursing homes.

Prices

Prices vary depending on the type of the available property and the number of people who will occupy the apartments. There are customized prices with maximum discount starting from Eur 450.00 for minimum one-month stays, in the period from September 15, 2023 to May 30, 2024.

Where We are

It is centrally located about 900 mt. from the main square and the Old Town with its Angevin-Aragonese Castle and beaches, reachable in about 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, the marina (1.3 km.), Trentova Bay (2 km.), La Fornace Museum and Public Park (300 mt.).
- Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other stores within about 300 mt., daily fruit and vegetable market about 900 mt., electric car charging stations 900 mt. away.
- The location of our facility is excellent for reaching:
- Agropoli-Castellabate train station, also served by High Speed trains, about 400 mt., 7 minutes walk;
- bus station, about 300 mt., 5 minutes on foot;
- tourist port of Agropoli with the sea metrò, connected in the summer period with the Amalfi Coast (Amalfi and Positano), Capri, Salerno, Naples and the Cilento Coast (San Marco di Castellabate, Acciaroli, Camerota and Palinuro), about 1.3 km., 5 minutes by car;
- Naples-Capodichino airport, about 90 minutes by car;
- Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway, about 30 km., exit Battipaglia (northbound) or Eboli (southbound).
