The beacon bed and breakfast welcomes guests to two steps from the promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto. The apartment, completely renovated in spring/summer 2017 is located on the first floor of a building with elevator. enjoys a privileged location overlooking the sea and at the same time it is very close to the city centre, the seat of the University, the Marina and the main attractions of the place, reachable with the bus stops right on the waterfront opposite the bed and breakfast, bicycle (all-new) provided by customers. In the immediate vicinity, and therefore can also be reached on foot within a few minutes, you will find bars, bakery, newsstand, shops of various types and a Conad supermarket at 500 mt. In the morning you can enjoy a rich breakfast, served in a cozy room with flat screen TV, newspapers, board games, and various leaflets in the area.
