La Casa Trasparente

La Casa Trasparente is a residence made of 6 apartments, of which 2 are master apartments and 4 are tourist apartments -- holiday homes full of every comfort. Realized with the style and the elegance of the master apartments, the touristic apartments - all at the ground floor - have direct access to the garden. The furniture is composed by ancient and modern pieces.

Services

La Casa Trasparente has been built by us in 1974, and it's been published, in 1980, on 'Casa Vogue' (an italian magazine about houses and fashion) for his originality and his rational internal setting.
Since we wanted to fully enjoy the hill panorama and the luxuriant vegetation, we characterized it with big glass walls; thus, the name 'La Casa Trasparente' (translation: 'The Transparent House'). The park is rich of kids plays that, being in a livable environment, allow them to play serenely letting space for the adults to rest. A big terrace, furnished with tables and benches, allows the hosts to eat out of doors, a few steps away from the apartment.
The energy is produced locally with photovoltaic panels and the hot water with solar panels.

Minimum number of reservable nights is 3 in the low season, 5 nights during the holidays (Christmas and Easter), and 7 in the high season (from the beginning of july until the end of august).
