From B&B ADDUCI's HOUSE in Caio Mario 7 Street, you can easily and walking arrive to Saint Angel Castle, “Viale Mazzini (Rai)”, “Piazza del Popolo”, “Via del Corso”, “Via del Babbuino”, “Piazza di Spagna” and the old town city centre.
The strenght of this Bed and Breakfast consists of his quiet, in spite of his central position, just in the Centre of Prati Quarter, only 50 mt from the very famous Cola di Rienzo Street.
Not to rent to group of boys, We prefer families or managers working in Rome;
B&B is managed and lived by MATTIA and BONIFACIO ADDUCI brothers, university students, sons of VINCENZO ADDUCI, founder and manager of the well-known and international Brand CASASUD, Estate Agency, leader in the holiday house field.
Only two rooms can be rented, fully furnished with all comforts, and, of course, with conditioned air:
- Double Room Deluxe – double room with bathroom inside and big shower, mq 18,50 overlooking Caio Mario Street and the city;
- Dooble Room Deluxe /Double with two Single Beds– double room with bathroom inside and big shower, mq 18,00, (you can choose between two single beds and a double bed) overlooking the green garden decorated with colossal banana trees of the beginning of twentieth-century, the absolute quiet and silence are interrupted just every now and then by twittering of same passing blackbird;
- Dooble Room Deluxe /Double with two Single Beds– double room with bathroom inside and big shower, mq 18,00, (lived by owners);
Finely furnished with an involving mix between modern and old furniture.

Conditions
- check-in from 4 pm (before you can leave your luggage, from 09:00 to 12:00);
- check-out at 09:30 (you can leave the bags for a few hours);
- Cleaning in the room is carried out from 09:30 to 12:00 (if you do not want to be disturbed, hang on
cartridge: NO CLEANING, at the door);
- no smoking in the Ns B & B;
- Meals can not be eaten within the structure;
- turn off the bathroom light;
- the room is left in the presence of the Owner or Colf for the control of the equipment;
- ask the owner for the operation of the shower;
- Do not lean on the sink, it could detach itself, with serious consequences;
- the water in Rome is drinkable;
- the room is equipped with both radiators and air conditioning, just turn on;
- payment of rent on arrival by credit card or cash;
- exhibit valid recognition documents upon arrival;
