For those who want to live the countryside, the natural nature reserves, just a few steps from the
villa, allow you to see and meet various species of birds and ungulates. Horse riding is also a
favorite past time in this valley and fly fishing and golf. There is Everything for everyone!
The excursions are organized with or without guides, the trails are well marked and well
maintained as well as being frequented daily by cyclists, who are very numerous in this valley.

If you are travelling by car:
From Milan or Bologna: Autostrada A14 towards Ancona, exit Cesena Nord, continue down the E45 towards Roma and Perugia, exit Sansepolcro sud, then follow signs for Arezzo on the SS73for about 8 kms then turn left following the signs for “casa vacanze ferraguzzo”
From Rome: Take the Autostrada A1 towards Firenze, exit Orte: continue along the E45 towards Cesena: exit Sansepolcro sud: continue towards Arezzo on the SS73 for about 8 kms then turn left following the signs for “casa vacanze Ferraguzzo”
From Florence: take the Autostrada a1 towards Roma, exit Arezzo and follow the signs for Sansepolcro on the SS73 for about 28 kms, on the right you will see a sign “casa vacanze Ferraguzzo “
