Podere Porcino

The Podere Porcino is a farmhouse surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and woods overlooking the rolling hills leading situated between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena where the regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio converge. There are two separate apartments each consisting of 2 rooms, an open kitchen corner and a bathroom. Each apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Plus there is a loft of 120 m² with a cooking island and a bathroom, for 5 people.

Services

There is a small theatre of about 90 square metres where we have an ongoing program of artistic events as well as courses, seminars, workshops and musical soirèes. The theatre is available for rental.
Optionals:
Massages, physical training, movement therapy with the Dore Jacobs method, psychomotion for children, drama courses, diction and reading courses, cooking and ceramic courses.

Prices

From €32,00 to €40,00 per person. Discounts are offered for weekly rentals and family.es

Where We are

If coming from north of Italy drive down along the A1 From Florence towards Rome.Take exit at Orvieto.

If Coming from Rome drive also along the A1 towards Florence Take exit at Orvieto.
Once there, as soon as you come of the motorway turn left onto provincial road following the indications for Todi.
After about 1 and a half km you'll reach a road junction on your right hand side with indications for Castiglione in Teverina. Take it, and drive along this new road, until you'll get to a new crossing, here turn left again still following for Castiglione in Teverina, just keep driving through as you leave it on your right hand side.
On your left you should see a petrol station. Don't leave this main road and keep going along it for an other 1 km untill you'll reach on your right hand side the indication for "CASE NUOVE" It's a very small road joint , take it and drive up.
At one point you'll get into a small group of houses this is "Case Nuove" take left here and at the point where a phone box is placed turn right.
You are now very closed to Podere Porcino, keep driving up for an other 600 meters until you came to a point where you meet a couple of houses on both side of the road, at this precise point take the right to get off the main road, 200 meters after you'll see in front of you Podere Porcino.
