After having passed Colle di Val d'Elsa, you will take a scenic road towards Casole d'Elsa before arriving at NERBONA. The discovery of NERBONA begins from the tree-lined avenue and continues with its ancient trees, aromatic herbs and wild flowers. You can choose NERBONA, the main building or LA CASINA, a country house surrounded by uncontaminated nature. Both structures have different types of apartments, swimming pool, common laundry and bbq.

Services

After passing the tree-lined avenue, you will arrive in "Nerbona", a true oasis of peace surrounded by nature. Here you can relax, take a dip in the swimming pool surrounded by the greenery of the park, watch your children play in the shade of the plants, enjoy a nice dinner outdoors accompanied only by the song of crickets. But that's not all. In fact, the structure also boasts 600 hectares of property, consisting of beautiful trails and landscapes to be discovered, which will make your excursions unique. Proceeding along a dirt road you will reach "La Casina", another small structure within the property, which looks like something out of a fairy tale. In fact, from "La Casina" you can enjoy a breathtaking view, ideal for those who want more privacy and direct contact with nature.

All the two-room, three-room and four-room apartments, including those on the first and second floor, are equipped with bedroom / s, bathroom / s, kitchen, dining / living room and private outdoor area with table, chairs and umbrella.
We also have two-room and three-room apartments suitable for people with disabilities.
Having been obtained from an ancient rural structure, each apartment has different characteristics and its own particularities. This allows us to satisfy any type of request.

Inside the Nerbona structure there is a beautiful Villa, VILLA L'AIA, which guarantees its guests greater privacy and tranquility, without sacrificing the convenience of the swimming pool. The building has a living room / kitchen, another large living room with fireplace and panoramic window, two double bedrooms, a children's bedroom and three bathrooms. It also enjoys a large private outdoor area with table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella.

In Nerbona there is a children's play area with table tennis and table football as well as two outdoor barbecues available to customers. At the Casina there is an area for common use that customers can use as they wish, consisting of a lovely stone shed with seating equipped with a sink with hot water for washing dishes. Here too there is an outdoor barbecue available to customers. Both in Nerbona and at the Casina it is possible to enjoy a huge garden, where you can breathe the scents of nature and observe the colors of the current season.

In Nerbona there is also a small church consecrated to San Luigi.

From the Nerbona swimming pool you can enjoy the beautiful park that surrounds it, enjoying the refreshment of a relaxing swim, but also the peace that reigns supreme in Nerbona.
The swimming pool of “La Casina” is slightly smaller, but the panorama it offers is sensational. Ideal for resting cradled by the nature that surrounds it.
The structure provides our customers with mountain bikes (also for children) and child seats, included in the overnight price (a deposit is required). Our bicycle service is free. If you want newer and more professional bicycles, you can contact the reception, where you will be provided with the contact details for a bicycle rental in Colle di Val d'Elsa.

All the apartments in Nerbona are equipped with free Wi-Fi. At the Casina, free Wi-Fi in the common area and outside the apartments.

Both in the structure of Nerbona and in La Casina we have washing machines for common use and free of charge.

Pets allowed on request with supplement. At check-in we also require a cash deposit which will be returned at check-out after the apartment has been checked.

Prices

Prices include: Welcome Basket, electricity, water, gas and consumption, towels and bed-clothes for kitchen and bedroom, hair-dryer, use of the swimming pool (from 24/04 to 25/09 depending on the weather conditions), Ping Pong, common Barbecue, common laundry, Mountain bikes, internet wireless free of charge in the common area and in the apartments in Nerbona, internet wireless free of charge in the common area at “La Casina”, change of linen after the seventh night and final cleaning.

Prices don't include: Accomodation tax for guests over 12 years old for a maximum of 5 nights and heating (only in some periods)

How to get here:

From the North: Take the toll road “Autostrada A1” towards Firenze and then take the exit at “Firenze Impruneta”.
After the toll take the first exit of the roundabout and take on your right the highway “Superstrada Firenze-Siena”. Take the exit at “Colle di Val d’Elsa NORD” and take the directions towards the centre of Colle val D’Elsa. Go on and at the roundabout turn right and take the ascent. Go straight on until when you arrive at “Le Grazie”. Go on, you should see a Church on your right. Pass by the Church and turn left towards “Casole d’Elsa”. Keep going for about 5 km. After 3 km from the small village “Quartaia”, you will see on the right a brown sign with “Casa Nerbona 0,3”. Pass the boulevard and you are arrived.

Take the highway “Superstrada Firenze-Siena” and take the exit at “Colle di Val d’Elsa NORD”. Take the directions towards the centre of Colle val D’Elsa. N.B. Our farmhouse is between Casole d’Elsa and Colle val d’Elsa.
If your gps can not find our address “Località Nerbona” you can insert the village “Quartaia”. When you get there and you are arriving from Colle val d’Elsa, take note that you have to continue for other 3 km. Then you have to turn right following a brown sign with “Casa Nerbona 0.3”. You have to pass the boulevard and you are arrived.
