AREA: Lake Trasimeno
From Florence: A1 motorway towards Rome, take the Perugia-Bettolle, towards Perugia, exit Torricella, turn right after the level crossing and then turn left at the stop always left and continue up to Monte del Lago ( about 2 km), turn left for Mansfield - Montecolognola, climb the hill for 800 yards and left are B & B islands and sunsets.

From Rome: highway A1, direction Firenze, exit Orte, follow direction Perugia and continue on until the exit Perugia-Bettolle Torricella. Turn right and after 150 meters turn right again (dir.Monte Lake Torricella), pass by the lake as far upstream of the lake (about 2km) to the crossroads to take Magione - Montecolognola, climb the hill for 800 meters left and you will find B & B Islands and sunsets.
