Apartments by the sea - Residenza Croce del Sud This modern holiday house, situated 100 m from the sea and near the centre of Torre Pedrera, is composed of 8 apartments furnished with equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV color, strongbox, toilets, balconies and parking (not guarded). Air conditioning on request.

Services

On demand of the gentle guests, a service of laundry, baby sitter and cleaning of the apartment is at your disposal (by payment).
Near the Residence there are some pizzerias and typical restaurants and on Sundays there is the weekly market of Torre Pedrera.
The Residence is only 16 kms far from Aquafan Park and from the most famous clubs of the Riviera, and only 2 kms from Italia in Miniatura Park.
The owners of the resort will be glad to indicate you how to reach the tennis courts, the football fields near the residence and the sailing circle; where you could practice the fishing. The Residenza is an excellent location also to visit the Malatestiane fortresses of Montefeltro or discover the traditional cooking of Romagna in the hinterland’s restaurants.

Prices

Conditions:
The reservations are considered confirmed only against payment of 30% total, paid through post order. During the summer the weekly stay is considered from Saturday to Saturday: the keys will be given from 01.30 p.m. to 06.30 p.m. and we pray the kind guests to give them back by 10.00 a. m of your departure’s day.
The mentioned prices include the use of the linen (with the possibility of a weekly change), of a park place for each apartment, and the consumptions of light, water and gas. For monthly stays a discount of 10% is available. In order to guarantee a quite stay of everyone, we pray the kind guests not to disturb the neighbours and to respect the common terms of a good neighbourliness.
