Beach House

A completely NEW, luxury villa near the sea, located directly on the stunning bay of Peschici. The villa comprises one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room with an 18cm-deep mattress. The bathroom features chromotherapy, and a veranda with a table for al fresco dining under an olive tree. There is also a shared parking space in a private area 20 meters away. The beautiful beach, with fine sand and shallow water suitable for children, is just a 200-meter walk away, without having to climb steep hills or steps. In fact, most of the listings are located in the town, where the sea is reached by climbing numerous steps. Once you reach the beach, there are both paid and free beaches. The villa is completely new and equipped with virtually every comfort (air conditioning, oven, large refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, hairdryer, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.). Linens and towels are NOT included. It's in a great location, with everything nearby: markets, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs.... There are also shuttles to the town (about 3 km away) for ?2 per person. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Weekly rentals ONLY. Winter rentals are also available. Pets are NOT allowed.
