In the heart of Lucca, just steps from Piazza Anfiteatro and the Church of San Frediano, lies UniKA, a design residence offering a truly extraordinary stay. Located on the first floor of a historic building on Via Fillungo, it carefully blends ancient and contemporary, a harmonious blend of past and present. Featuring antique cementine floors by the Lucca-based Tessieri company, and exquisite marble furnishings, true works of art, crafted by a local artisan workshop, the apartment is bright and airy thanks to its large period windows. It can accommodate up to three people and features a kitchen equipped with an induction stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and a superb marble dining table. For moments of relaxation, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and television is available. There are two bedrooms: a double and a single, both with Tuscan-made orthopedic mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows. The master bathroom has a sink, toilet, tub, and shower, while the guest bathroom has a sink, toilet, hand shower, and washing machine. UniKA is equipped with heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Guests are welcome to check in in person, and can request information on current events, special offers, travel tips, and anything else they may need to ensure a memorable experience.
