La Casa di Nina

Nina's house is a charming detached home in the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra. It features one double bedroom with air conditioning and a television. A spacious open-plan living room with a sofa and a double sofa bed, air conditioning and a television, and a comfortable, fully equipped dining area are included. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a window and a bathtub. Outside, there's a veranda with a table and chairs, protected by an awning. The laundry area is adjacent to the house. A garden and internal parking space with an automatic gate are also included. Nina's house, just 5 minutes from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and Fiumaretta, is an excellent base for visiting Marina di Carrara and Versilia, as well as Ligurian towns such as Lerici, San Terenzo, and Portovenere, and is a short drive from the Cinque Terre.
