Villaggio Li Menduli

The house was purchased in 2016 and renovated in 2019. A ground-floor bathroom was created and the first-floor bathroom was renovated. All floors and systems were air-conditioned, with two split units installed, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. A washing machine and dishwasher were installed. It is 900 meters from the beautiful beach, La Cinta, and 200 meters from the town center, filled with nightlife, pubs, clubs, and numerous bars. The terraced house is located in the Li Menduli village complex with a large shared garden, and the terraced house has a private garden with private outdoor showers. Two bicycles are available free of charge. The house is very comfortable. Adjacent to the village is a free playground with ample free parking.
