In a pleasant residential neighborhood, just steps from the town center and well-served by restaurants and supermarkets, we offer a spacious, well-furnished apartment equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and a heat pump. It comprises three double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a cool veranda furnished for outdoor dining. The shared garden includes a barbecue and outdoor showers, perfect for returning from the beach; there is free public parking in front of the house. The apartment is located just steps from the town center and a short drive from the main beaches of the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area (Simius, the closest beach, is only about 1.7 km away). Just 500 meters from the house is the bus stop, which takes guests to all the main beaches, making it very convenient for guests who plan to travel by public transportation (the service is available only during the summer months). The apartment can accommodate up to six people (plus a baby if needed). The living room also features a sofa bed. Our accommodation is ideal for a family with children or a group of close friends. Please note that there is a washing machine in the bathroom and a Smart TV in the large living room with open kitchen, fireplace, and equipped pantry.
