The rental is located in Nave, 3 km from the art city of Brescia. It is a ground-floor apartment in a small courtyard, measuring approximately 50 square meters. The two-room apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette and comfortable sofa (sofa bed), double bedroom, bathroom, and private porch. Furnished and equipped with bed and bath linens, an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The ground floor has a separate, barrier-free entrance. The Brescia West toll booth is 8 km away. A church, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, bar, and bank are within 200 meters (in the Cortine di Nave area). In Bovezzo, about 1 km away (also within walking distance), you'll find a pharmacy, church, supermarket, laundromat, two good cafes with fresh bread, and a pizzeria/restaurant. Brescia offers many interesting places to visit, including Brescia Castle, Piazza Duomo, Piazza Loggia, Santa Maria delle Grazie, and the Roman Forum. About 25 km away is Lake Garda, with the Sirmione peninsula, Peschiera, Desenzano, and much more. You can also visit Sicurtà Park and Borghetto sul Mincio. Lake Iseo and the Franciacorta region, rich in wineries, are also nearby. The Torbiere del Sebino and Monastero Nature Reserve is also nearby. Monte Isola can be reached by ferry from Sulzano or Sale Marasino. Very close to the house, the village of Bovezzo offers a beautiful urban park for children, and is also within walking distance. The "Casa della Natura" (House of Nature), nestled in a chestnut grove, is a lovely spot; it's just a short walk to the house. The trail begins at the end of Via Prignole/Bovezzo (there are signs), and after a short climb, you'll find the Casa della Natura.
