The home is conveniently located about 350 meters from the sea: the nearest beach is accessible via a direct side road (directions will be provided upon arrival), and a special agreement with a lido is also available. Bars, restaurants, and other amenities are about 500 meters away. A key advantage of the home is its ability to accommodate two families, thanks to the independent access to the upper floor, ensuring privacy and independence. The interiors are equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a crib, a high chair, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Air conditioning is also available: in all rooms upstairs, and only in the kitchen on the mezzanine. Bed linens and towels are included, as are utilities.
