We welcome you to the historic center of Foligno, a convenient solution for both a business trip or to attend events, or for a pleasant vacation in Umbria, as the region's main attractions are within easy reach of Foligno. You'll be staying 700 meters from the train station (with the main bus stop and taxi service), and the Gonzaga Barracks - the Army's National Selection and Recruitment Center - are 800 meters away, a 10-minute walk through the center. The hospital and sports hall are also within 7 minutes' walk. If you're visiting Foligno for events such as "I Primi d'Italia," the "Mercato Europeo," or the "Quintana," you're already there. The "Campo de li Giochi," where the Giostra takes place, is a 6-minute walk away. The cathedral and major artistic and cultural attractions are just steps away, as are numerous restaurants offering traditional Umbrian cuisine. Supermarkets, shops, and essential services are within walking distance, and the lively nightlife is just around the corner. Your host will be happy to provide advice. The apartment is quiet and away from traffic, overlooking the building's internal courtyard. A free private garage is available adjacent to the apartment. The entrance is 2.10 m high, 2.40 m wide, and 4.55 m long. Alternatively, there is a free public parking lot 700 m away, outside the restricted traffic zone. A permit to drive in the restricted traffic zone can be requested to reach the property, valid for the duration of your stay, with prior notice. This apartment includes a double bedroom with air conditioning and a small balcony overlooking the building's internal courtyard, complete with a clothesline. The air-conditioned living area features a double sofa bed, wardrobe and clothes rack, flat-screen TV, and a desk with charging ports. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, a flat-screen TV, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a bidet, shower, and hairdryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products are available. Towels and sheets are provided. We welcome small to medium-sized pets, with a limit of one per booking.
