Casa De Mar

This charming apartment is located in a very quiet area on the first mezzanine floor of a building on Via Togliatti in Porto Potenza. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, an induction stove, a peninsula, and a double sofa bed, and a balcony. A small hallway leads to the bathroom with a window, shower, and washing machine. The spacious double bedroom has a pull-out bed, a desk, and a balcony. Both the living room and bedroom are air conditioned. The gas system is no longer present, but has been replaced with a boiler.
