This cozy 40 sq m two-room apartment in a newly built building is located just steps from Viale Ceccarini, opposite the Palacongressi conference center, and not far from the sea. It's the ideal accommodation for both business travelers and families traveling to Riccione for their holidays. The apartment features a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV corner with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for one person, a bathroom, and a small terrace furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying meals on hot summer days. The apartment is thermally and acoustically insulated, making it very comfortable, as well as equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It also features underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a continuous ventilation system. "Cèpostoperte" can comfortably accommodate two people but can accommodate up to three. A reserved covered parking space is available within the building. NO PETS ALLOWED REGARDLESS OF SIZE. Minors are accepted ONLY if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. During the months of June, July, and August, the property is only rented for a minimum stay of 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. A tourist tax of ?1.20 per person per day must be paid IN CASH upon check-in. A ?200 security deposit must also be paid IN CASH.
