The apartment is located in the charming seaside village of Porto San Giorgio, just 200 meters from the beach, in a convenient and strategic location: very close to the train station, yet nestled on a quiet street adjacent to the town's main avenue. All major amenities are within easy walking distance. Free public parking is available nearby, or directly in the street in front of the apartment. The approximately 50 square meter apartment can accommodate up to four people. It features air conditioning and heating and comprises a living room with a standard sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a spacious closet. The bathroom, while windowless, is well-organized and features a shower, bidet, and washing machine. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board, a balcony drying rack, and a full set of bed linens and towels. A crib is also available upon request for younger guests. The apartment's location is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday, but also for engaging in sports or cultural activities, both in Porto San Giorgio and the charming villages of the hinterland. The peaks of the Sibillini Mountains, such as Monte Vettore, are just a short drive away, and you can visit the small mountain villages dotting its slopes. It's also an excellent starting point for foodies and those who want to experience the many local festivals and historical reenactments that enliven the area, as well as for those who wish to shop at the outlets and factory stores of the famous Marche footwear district, home to some of the industry's most renowned brands.
