25 km from Cagliari airport and 46 meters from the sandy beach, is a ground floor apartment, three bedrooms can accommodate up to five people. Cots, a high chair, beach toys and umbrella are available. Bed linen and bath towels are provided on request. The separate kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans. The comfortable living room has a television in Italian. Wi-Fi internet connection is available but not for large downloads. The washing machine and brick barbecue are in the backyard. Private parking, free access to the beach 24 hours. Supermarkets and restaurants within 1100 m serving local dishes and pizzas. Check-in is from 18:00 or earlier if possible. Arrivals are accepted at any time. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Guests between 14 and 70 years old must pay one euro as a tourist tax on arrival, for the first five nights of stay. No heating
