Casa di Beatrice

Welcome to Casa di Beatrice, located in Scandicci, which offers you space (80 square meters of internal surface and 6 square meters of terraces), relaxation (all services close by) and tranquility (very quiet area), ideal for families and groups of friends. By car it is 15 minutes from Florence central station. There are connections to Florence by tram (line T1) and bus number 26, with a stop under the house, this allows for easy and fast travel. We are waiting for you! You will not regret it:-)

Services

The house consists of
a living room with a smart TV and a spacious corner sofa, a kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook, there is also a kettle and a capsule coffee machine to prepare an espresso.
The double bedroom has a comfortable mattress and is complete with 100% cotton linens, a large wardrobe to leave your loved ones and clothes. There are blackout curtains to completely isolate yourself from the light.
The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and sanitary ware with bidet as well as towels for the shower, face and bidet and a courtesy kit with shampoo and soap.
The bedroom has 3 single beds, it overlooks the internal courtyard with a splendid view of the entire plain of Florence, Prato and Pistoia. It is possible to park the car in the free parking under the house. The apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide and methane gas detector as well as a fire extinguisher.

The cost of 650 euros per week is for 2 people

To the indicated cost you must add 70 euros for cleaning costs.
In the case of short stays (from 1 night to 6 nights) the rate is 100 euros for 2 people per night, 115 euros for 3 people per night, 140 euros for 4 people per night, 160 euros for 5 people per night.

Where We are

The whole house is for your use. The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator of a quiet and silent building. Check-in is done in person. In Scandicci, in Via Bassa, you arrive from the tram Piazza Stazione Firenze, stop at Piazza Resistenza Comune di Scandicci (about 20 minutes) then take bus 26 (5 minutes) to Via Pisana (signed Pisana Respighi) the apartment is a 2 minute walk - From FIPILI exit Scandicci direction Via Bassa
