Apartment located in Follonica less than 200 m from the sea and center. Reachable within a 5-minute walk equipped and free beaches preceded by large and shady pine forests. In the neighborhood are supermarket, grocery stores, bakery, ice cream shop, pizzeria, pharmacy.... practically everything you may need without the need to travel by car. The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a small apartment building without an elevator at the beginning of the Senzuno neighborhood. It consists of a large living room with two very comfortable sofas and an extendable table. It has a master bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet and a study room with an independent double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a table. The bathroom has a window and a large walk-in shower. There is a balcony with a sea view on which it is possible to dine and a covered veranda with a washing machine and washstand. Possibility to use the basement for storage of bicycles or sea equipment. The apartment is available the first and second week of July.
