Villasimius villa with garden equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, tvlLCD, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, water supply, etc.) ideal to spend a comfortable vacation. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an additional outdoor shower, living room with sofa, kitchen. The spacious and equipped loggias give the possibility to eat comfortably outside or you can eat in the spacious living room. The kitchen and equipped with all crockery and cutlery really lacks nothing. There is also everything for barbecue lovers. The Villa is located in Notteri a very quiet and reserved area consists of villas all independent with garden. It is about 300 meters to the south from the sea (rice beach), 500 meters to the north from the porto Giunco beach and about 1000 meters from the center of the village that can be easily reached on foot without taking a car, also, about 300 meters away. There is the campground market as well as bars and restaurants. Linen is also provided on request
