Price includes: large living room, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, double bedroom, pillows, walk-in closet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, equipped laundry room, terrace with table, chairs, emergency lighting, elevator, all utilities.

Prices

A deposit of €300 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay if nothing is broken. The price of the entire apartment with terrace is VARIABLE depending on the period, the weeks, the number of people. It includes all utilities, air conditioning, washing machine, etc. It does not include bathroom linen, kitchen linen, sheets only on request, tourist tax €2.50 per person for 10 days, if left unchanged, final cleaning €50. Where We are

By car you can reach the house and take it back to leave, because the area is very convenient to all services, Eurospin, bars, pizzerias, restaurants..., also to the port, buses, return shuttles to the nearest BA/FG airports. Free or paid parking space.
