The apartment, completely at your disposal, has recently been renovated and offers every comfort to make you feel at home. It comprises: - a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a table seating up to 8, and a double sofa bed; - two spacious double bedrooms with the option of a crib for younger guests; - two bathrooms with large showers and access from each bedroom for maximum privacy from the rest of your family or friends. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a 55" Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions. Guests have exclusive use of the kitchenette, which includes an induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and kettle, as well as a complete set of pots, pans, and cutlery. The sofa bed in the living room is very large and comfortable. It's suitable for families with children, given the outdoor courtyard and nearby parks, as well as the option of cooking at home. A crib and high chair are available for younger guests. Free internet access is available throughout the apartment, and each bedroom has a desk for work. Small pets are welcome. Public transportation is available nearby, connecting you to the airport, train stations, and Rome city center.
