Restaurants and a bar-tobacconist's shop are 200 meters away. The nearby beaches of Villasimius and Costarei are easily reached in just a few minutes.

The rental apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a queen-size bed (140cm) and a single bed. The living room also sleeps two. The living room leads to a large veranda ideal for outdoor dining. AIR CONDITIONING IS IN ALL ROOMS. The apartment is fully equipped with a Smart TV, washing machine, fridge-freezer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Parking is permitted in the internal courtyard for one or two cars and use of the lawned garden and barbecue. Various baby equipment (cribs, high chairs, etc.) is available upon request. There's an outdoor shower with hot water in the garden. The house was completely renovated in 2015 (new fixtures, bathrooms, floors, bed frames, and mattresses). Pets are not allowed.
