I'm renting a holiday home in a residential setting just a few meters from the beach. This three-room corner villa sleeps 6/7 people, has a large garden, two private parking spaces, a furnished outdoor veranda, and a stone barbecue. Inside, it features two air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a fitted kitchen, a washing machine, and a large bathroom with a garden shower. The apartment was recently built in 2014. Direct access to every room is possible from the outside, making it useful if you have different schedules. Other adjacent holiday homes, including studio apartments and two-room apartments, are also available, some of which are seafront. We are located in Puglia, in the province of Lecce, in Salento on the Adriatic coast, in San Foca (Melendugno) in the beautiful Terra d'Otranto area. The property is close to pristine beaches (known as the Caribbean and Maldives of Salento), awarded a Blue Flag and 5 Sails by Legambiente (Italian Environment Protection Agency) and a Green Flag in 2024, boasting shallow, sandy beaches. A paradise surrounded by Villaggio Nettuno, Specchia, Torre dell'Orso, and Frassanito, with the famous Baia dei Turchi beach and the Alimini Lakes, just a few kilometers from San Cataldo, Castro, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, and Ugento, San Giovanni. Lido Conchiglie, Sannicola, Lecce. Short-term rentals. Ground floor apartment. From the private terrace furnished with umbrella, table and chairs and sitting area you access the dining room with kitchen. In the double bedroom there is also a bunk bed.
