Delightful independent apartment with two private gardens 4KM from Terme di Saturnia (you must be self-drive). You can easily reach the lovely village of Pitigliano, the charming Tuscan coast, the charming lake of Bolsena (Viterbo). The apartment in excellent condition consists of kitchenette, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with access to one of the gardens.

The B&B is a historic late-19th-century residence built entirely of tuff stone, on the grounds of the Orsini Park in Pitigliano, in Maremma, Tuscany. It was also the home/workshop of the artisans who built carts until 1950. The building is large and comfortable. The small garden outside is used for breakfast but also for spending an afternoon chatting. Guests often tell me they feel at home, at the home of friends.

Our B&B is strategically located between Capalbio, Orbetello, and Monte Argentario. It's just a half-hour drive from the Terme di Saturnia and Pitigliano. The village of Marsiliana offers all amenities: a supermarket, restaurants, bank, post office, and more, all within walking distance of our property.
