The villa, a welcoming residence of approximately 150 square meters, is located on the first floor and offers ample parking. You'll enjoy extra comforts such as a covered barbecue for al fresco dining and a spacious solarium with loungers and umbrella for maximum relaxation. The house, fully air-conditioned and equipped with electric vehicle charging, can comfortably accommodate 8/9 people.
